**Job Role: Quality Master/ Quality Manager**

**Qualification**:

- 5+ Years’ of proven experience in quality sector within the garment industry
- Strong understanding of quality systems, processes, controls and standards
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in garment measuring and quality control
- Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving
- Expertise in quality assurance with a focus on customer and buyer feedback

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a quality plan to ensure compliance with quality system requirements
- Communicate and maintain the quality plan across all departments
- Collaborate with Technical, Development, and Production teams to maintain product quality and achieve quality targets
- Supervise sample evaluations and production approvals, reviewing measurements, workmanship, fittings, and accessories
- Assist technicians with pattern/specification checks and construction issues
- Resolve production impracticalities in a timely manner and make final decisions on quality based on company standards
- Monitor and Lead quality assurance teams QA/QC performance by gathering production data and producing statistical reports, ensuring discipline and compliance
- Prepare and maintain reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and audits
- Identify quality-related training needs and deliver training as necessary
- Oversee all aspects of quality control and product assembly in the factory
- Conduct in-line inspections, pre-production meetings, and follow up on pre-final inspections
- Ensure proper utilization of MMR and machine maintenance
- Maintain all necessary quality documents and SOP's
- Ensure adherence to discipline and compliance issues
- Lead quality staff and GPQ, providing coaching and conducting quality control seminars for company trainees
- Analyze customer feedback and returns to address trends and improve the quality
