Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.


Your primary duties will include:

  • Introducing and maintaining systems & procedures
  • Monitoring the progress of individual styles in factories, working closely with Senior Product Technologists/ Product Technologists & Merchandising Teams
  • Carrying out PP meetings / Pilot Run / Inline / Pre-final and final inspections for each style, following fabric inspections and durability tests for garments during production
  • Targeting no short shipments due to quality reasons, no rejections at quality centers, no STS (claims) from UK or customer complaints from end customers, and no delays for shipments
  • Communicating regularly and clearly with all relevant parties (verbal and written)

Requirements

To be successful as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will need:

  • 8+ years' experience in a similar capacity (Factory/Buying Office)
  • Experience with implementing corrective action programs
  • Product or industry safety experience
  • Excellent communication skills – written & spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel worksheets and computers
