Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure consistent high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and supply chain, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
