Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Controller with 2–3 years of experience in the textile and garments industry to ensure product quality at all stages of production in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories as per quality standards.
  • Monitor quality during cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packing.
  • Identify defects and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct in-line, end-line, and final inspections as per AQL standards.
  • Ensure adherence to buyer specifications and quality manuals.
  • Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Support internal audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / Degree in Textile or Garment Technology.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Controller.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric and garment quality parameters.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
