Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates from a textile background to join our Quality team. The role involves supporting quality assurance and quality control activities across various stages of garment and textile production, ensuring that products meet the companys defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce, implement, and maintain all quality systems and procedures as per organizational and buyer requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of individual styles across factories, working closely with the Product Technologist and Merchandising teams.
  • Communicate regularly and clearly with all relevant factories regarding quality expectations and requirements, both verbally and in writing.
  • Educate factories on proper handling of all quality-related matters to ensure a high standard of garment quality output.
  • Implement Quality SOPs across all factories to achieve Right First-Time (RFT) quality at every stage of the process.
  • Monitor product quality through various stages of production, from initial stages to final output.
  • Conduct Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) before the start of production to align quality standards and expectations.
  • Identify and address potential quality issues at different stages of production and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and advancements related to quality control and quality assurance.
  • Travel daily to relevant factories to conduct In-line and End-line audits, Pre-final inspections, and Final inspections.

Candidate Preference:

  • Candidates from in and around Tirupur, Tamil Nadu will be preferred.
  • Must own a private vehicle and be willing to travel across multiple factories on a daily basis.
  • Should be comfortable communicating in Tamil.
