**Job Overview**:
As a Garment Technician at Hyve Sports, you will be an integral part of our product development and production teams. Your role will be to ensure that our garments meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and construction, from initial design concepts to final production. You will collaborate closely with design, pattern-making, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain high-quality standards throughout the process
- **Technical Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain technical packs, including detailed garment specifications, measurement charts, and construction guidelines.
- Ensure all technical documentation aligns with production standards.
- o Work with the technical and design team and manufacturing base to ensure the on-time development of collections.
- **Sample Development**:

- Assist in the development and review of prototypes and samples for activewear and sportswear.
- Provide feedback on fit, design, and construction to ensure products meet quality standards.
- **Fabric and Trim Coordination**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Conduct quality checks on materials to ensure they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- **Production Support**:

- Work closely with production teams to address technical challenges during garment manufacturing.
- Monitor the implementation of technical specifications on the production floor.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure garments meet company standards for activewear performance and durability.
- Troubleshoot issues related to garment fit, construction, and finishing.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to meet project timelines.
- Provide technical input to optimize design feasibility and cost-efficiency.
- o Create and develop technical packs ensuring suitability of product and supplier, including technical information and specification as required
- Provide technical support to the buying, and design teams along with the suppliers to develop a close working relationship.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in têxtile engineering, fashion technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of technical experience in the activewear or sportswear garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and activewear-specific performance requirements.
- Familiarity with fabric properties, including stretch, moisture-wicking, and breathability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
