Key Responsibilities:
1. **Support in Pattern Creation**:

- Assist CAD technicians or pattern makers in developing and modifying digital garment patterns.
- Ensure that pattern adjustments align with design specifications and production requirements.

2. **File Preparation and Management**:

- Prepare and organize digital files for pattern grading, cutting, and production.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy access to current and past patterns.

3. **Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Enter measurements, construction details, and design specifications into CAD software.
- Help document technical specifications and ensure data accuracy.

4. **Collaboration with Design and Production Teams**:

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure CAD files meet manufacturing needs and address any required modifications.

5. **Pattern Grading Assistance**:

- Support the grading process to create size variations from base patterns, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Assist in adjusting patterns for different sizes as required by production.

6. **Prototype and Sample Support**:

- Assist in checking digital patterns against prototypes or samples to ensure proper fit and construction.
- Participate in sample reviews and note any necessary changes to improve the product.

7. **Software Use and Updates**:

- Use industry-standard CAD software such as Gerber, Optitex, or Lectra to create and modify patterns under supervision.
- Stay updated with software features and assist in updating the team on relevant new tools or shortcuts.

8. **Basic Troubleshooting**:

- Address minor issues in CAD files and assist in finding solutions to technical problems.
- Communicate any challenges or significant errors to the CAD technician or supervisor.

9. **Quality Check Participation**:

- Help ensure that CAD outputs align with company standards and specifications.
- Assist in conducting initial quality checks on digital patterns before final review.

Essential Skills:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic understanding of CAD software used in the garment industry (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex).
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and precision when working with digital patterns.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting senior CAD staff and production personnel.
- **Time Management**: Capable of managing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills for collaborating with various teams and taking direction.

Qualifications and Experience:

- **Education**: Certificate, diploma, or any degree with a focus on CAD training.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a related role or internships in CAD for garment production.
- **Software Skills**: Foundational knowledge of CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
