**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Relationship Officer plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment.
- Deepening relationships with the existing customer base of the company.
- Should be able to provide customers with detailed information on products, services & offers.
- Ability to handle all customer queries and complaints and resolved with in TAT.
- Handling escalation cases and resolving customer queries by coordinating with product and operations team.
- Agent should be proactive to handle the sales and services calls.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen proactively.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle work well and maintain quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
