**Communication**:

- Communicate company policies and procedures to customers.
- Keep customers informed about relevant updates or changes.

**Customer Feedback**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback.
- Use feedback to improve products, services, or customer experience.

**Follow-up**:

- Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address any additional needs or concerns.

**Feedback Loop**:

- Provide feedback to the organization based on customer interactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
