**Vacancy**: 1
**Minimum Qualification**: Graduate in any domain / MBA
**Skills required**: MS Excel, Google Sheets, excellent communication skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, working knowledge of CRM.
**Experience**: Atleast 1-2 years in similar profile. _Freshers with good communication & advanced MS Excel skills can also be considered._
**Work Mode**: Work from office only
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate revenue through subscription sales.
- Be the central point of contact for subscription activity and respond to all subscription enquiries.
- Collate and monitor subscriptions feedback from the customers.
- Sending timely Subscription Proposals to the customers.
- Educating the customer about the Value / benefits of the Subscription Services.
- Ensuring maximum possible conversion and retention rates e.g. by improving the customer journey.
- Ensuring timely delivery of the technical services to the customers.
- Ensuring quick resolution of the technical issues of the customers.
- Ensuing maximum customer satisfaction through quality services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed Subscription database to provide timely management information.
- Build strong relationships with customers to expand new business opportunities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
