Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Ensure customers are informed about new products, services, or updates that may be of interest.

Feedback Collection:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes based on customer insights.

Reporting:
Prepare and present reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.

Customer Retention:
Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:
