_**Responsibilities**_
- Coordinating with the Business Development Representative in acquiring new customers
- Staying up-to-date with the company’s products and services
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop promotional activities
- Helping customers with their queries and advising them on the purchase of products and services
- Building and maintaining long-term business relations with customers
- Assisting in drafting business proposals and contracts
- Attending and participating in conferences and sessions to upgrade your skills
- Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- **Proven 2-4yrs of work experience in the IT Sales department as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Representative or a similar role**:

- Complete knowledge of various sales processes and techniques
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Research-driven and detail-oriented individual
- Highly motivated individual
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- A team player as well as able to work independently
- Ability to offer excellent customer service

**Immediate joiners preferred**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
