We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering end-to-end digital solutions, including website development, SEO, social media optimization (SMO), mobile app development, and performance marketing. We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the Kolkata market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads across Kolkata for digital services (Web Development, SEO, SMO, App Development, Digital Advertising, etc.)
- Visit potential clients in person and conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals within a defined sales cycle.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the in-house digital marketing and technical teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
- Report daily/weekly field activity and sales updates to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of digital marketing services or IT products.
- Strong understanding of services like SEO, SMO, website and app development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first attitude.
- Must be comfortable with regular fieldwork and client visits.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
- Own two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory).
