Job Profile:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue.

Prime responsibility will be to identify corporates to conduct an Investment awareness programme.

As BDM you will be responsible to connect with HR & take necessary permission to conduct Investment awareness programme and execute end to end management of the same the event.

BDM will be responsible to contact all the leads generated from Investment awareness program and fix up appointment with them for financial planning.

Prepare and present financial Plan to clients, recommend solutions and execute transactions.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing,Business administration or related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
- Proven experience 3 years+ in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of investment products, market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
