Are you a go-getter with a strong background in US IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and End-to-End Recruitment?

Were looking for an experienced professional who can help us grow our US client base while driving quality recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage direct clients / Tier-1 vendors in the US market
  • Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet business targets and ensure high delivery standards
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US IT staffing, including client acquisition and onboarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in US IT Staffing and client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099,C2H)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
