we are hiring Sr Recruiters who will be responsible for Managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing till on boarding of the candidate' Provided recruitment solutions to our clients at various levels ranging from mid-level to senior level in Engineering /Manufacturing /Renewable /Data centers/Telecom Sectors /FMCG

Role & responsibilities

  • Sourcing for & Screening of Engineering & Support function requirements
  • Skilled in Headhunting, Mapping and LinkedIn search for critical roles.
  • sourcing through various portals, internal databases, networking sites, referencing, talent mapping, and headhunting as per client's requirement
  • Interview coordination & Scheduling
  • Salary document checking,
  • Offer Coordination & Negotiation
  • Discreet Background checking experience
  • Keywords Search exposure in Naukri, LinkedIn
  • Ability to understand business Function
  • Should have experience of handling positions of at least 20-25L CTC

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should have experience of handling positions of at least 20-25L CTC
  • Qualification - BE Degree holder is a must
  • Min 2-5 years of Relevant exp in Recruiting for Engineering/Corporate Function Positions
  • Boolean Search Experience
  • Social Media search experience
  • Ability to Head Hunt using References,
  • Networking Skills
  • IT Recruiting Experience is welcome but they will have to work on Engineering positions
