Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Compensation: Base Pay + Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, driving hiring strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver top talent across various roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across levels and functions.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and maintain candidate pipelines proactively.
  • Ensure timely coordination, follow-ups, and closure of positions within deadlines.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve candidate engagement.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and modern recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
  • A proactive, target-oriented, and team-driven attitude.
