About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who is hands-on, client-ready, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You'll own end-to-end recruitment for key roles — from behavior technicians and BCBAs to COOs and Heads of Growth.

This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders and clients to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across healthcare, operations, and leadership roles
  • Conduct detailed screening interviews to assess fit, motivation, and qualification
  • Manage ATS, candidate data, and reporting to ensure clean, efficient workflows
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth experience on both sides
  • Mentor junior recruiters as the team scales

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or executive search
  • Proven success in closing mid to senior-level roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.)
  • Strong client-facing skills — must be able to speak with hiring managers confidently
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours
