Job Description :

 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive efficient hiring strategies to attract top talent. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
  • Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events.
  • Provide insights and analytics on hiring trends and market intelligence.
