About the Role:

We're looking for a
Senior Recruiter
to drive hiring across both technical and non-technical roles for our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact position where you'll collaborate directly with the founding team and business leaders to shape a world-class talent function.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from junior to leadership levels.
  • Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define strategies.
  • Build and manage partnerships with recruitment agencies while also driving direct sourcing.
  • Own the entire hiring lifecycle — from sourcing to offer stage — ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Track and report hiring metrics, using data to inform decisions and improve processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an internal or external recruiter for product-based organizations.
  • Strong track record of closing both business and technical roles.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to move quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.

Way of Working:

  • 5 days a week from office (Powai, Mumbai)
  • Collaborative, joyful, and fast-paced work culture
  • Reporting directly to the Co-Founder
