
Banking Channel Sales

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Manage Sales Channels**: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, agents, or DSAs to increase product penetration.
- **Sales Planning & Execution**: Drive revenue growth by implementing effective channel sales strategies for banking products (e.g., savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.).
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and evaluate channel partner performance against targets and take corrective measures where necessary.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
- **Training & Support**: Provide regular training and updates on banking products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- **Market Research**: Understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and identify growth opportunities in untapped segments.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in **channel sales**, preferably within the **banking or financial services sector**.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through partner networks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
**Eligibility**:
- **Preferred Backgrounds**: BFSI, Insurance, NBFC, FinTech sectors.
Pay: ₹9,749.74 - ₹18,274.78 per month
