The Channel Sales Manager Partner will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a network of channel partners including brokers, real estate agents, and consultants to drive property sales. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through partner engagement, training, and support, while building long-term strategic relationships to ensure revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners (brokers, agents, consultants) in the target region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent business flow.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel partners for residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and sales activation events to enhance partner knowledge and motivation.
  • Provide partners with product information, pricing, offers, and digital marketing support.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel partners.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
  • Ability to conduct impactful training and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • 3-7 years of experience in channel sales or partner management in real estate.
  • Strong network and relationships within the real estate brokerage and consulting community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
