We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Club Oxygen. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to optimize results.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with channel sales operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
