Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager (Domestic Market) to drive business growth through Online Platforms, Modern & General Retail, and HORECA segments.
The role involves developing channel-specific sales strategies, onboarding partners, and building sustainable revenue streams in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business across online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.), Retail Stores, and HORECA channels (Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterers).
  • Build and manage relationships with e-commerce buyers, retail chains, and institutional clients.
  • Drive listing, promotions, and visibility on online platforms.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for retail expansion across regions.
  • Identify and appoint distributors / channel partners for HORECA and retail.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to optimize sales approach.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets with effective forecasting and reporting.

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG online & offline sales models.
  • Hands-on experience with E-commerce sales dashboards & analytics.
  • Proven success in handling modern trade, retail chains, and HORECA accounts.
  • Negotiation, presentation & key account management skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to lead channel partners & small teams.
  • Willingness to travel across India for market development.

Salary Range:

5 – 10 LPA (Negotiable as per experience)
