Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with channel sales operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
