**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused **Telecallers** to join our **Banking Process team**. The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers, explaining banking products/services, and assisting in lead generation and customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts, etc.).
- Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer database and call records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers for documentation and process completion.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of local language is an advantage).
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in telecalling or banking sales will be an added advantage.

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
