**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken **Female Telecaller** to join our college's admissions/marketing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students/parents, providing information about courses, handling queries, and converting leads into admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, and other academic offerings.
- Maintain a database of leads and update call records regularly.
- Convert interested inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve general queries.
- Coordinate with the admissions or counselling team for walk-ins and scheduled meetings.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language (if applicable).
- Confident, courteous, and persuasive phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Previous experience in the education or telecalling sector.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
