**Job Title**: HR ServiceNow Admin
- **Role Summary**: This resource will report to the Cloud Service Manager/Leader and is focused on supporting the HR ServiceNow offering at NEC. The HR ServiceNow platform provides knowledge base, incident and service request support to users of NEC’s global SuccessFactors platform ‘Career Connect’. The resource undertaking the role of HR ServiceNow Admin will undertake multiple aspects of the day-to-day operations as well as developing the product to fit with the aspirations of the HR Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- SNOW (ServiceNow) Knowledge Base Management
- Article creation, governance and design.
- SNOW Dashboard creation and development
- Central & Regional Dashboards, Management Reporting.
- SNOW Incident Analysis, Incident Monitoring & Escalating
- NEC & Vendor KPI Monitoring
- SNOW Process Development
- Improving SNOW processes and developing new ways to overcome business challenges with our external Vendor.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, support and maintenance of ServiceNow.
- Create and develop a variety of training plans for end-users and modify the platform.
- Create and customize UI policies, actions, scripts, pages, and business rules
- Collaborate with IT and business units to design and improve services on the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide training and support to ServiceNow users and stakeholders
- Prerequisites:
- Minimum experience required 4 to 9 years
- 3-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role
- Good experience in global SNOW implementation
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
