- Responsibilities_
- 1. Team Leadership:_
- _Lead a team of analysts, ensuring timely and accurate processing._
- _Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency._

- 2. Documentation:_
- _Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all case-related activities in accordance with internal policies and legal standards._
**_ _**
- _Prepare Case Summaries: Draft clear, concise, and factual case summaries to support HR decision-making and legal review if necessary._
**_ _**
- _Investigation Support: Assist in conducting internal investigations related to employee conduct or workplace concerns._
**_ _**
- 3. Compliance:_
- _Ensure case management practices align with company policies, local labour laws, and ethical standards._
**_ _**
- 4. Reporting:_
- _Generate periodic reports on case trends, resolution timelines, and compliance metrics._
- _Analyse trends and provide insights to improve operations._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field._
- _3-5 years of workforce relations admin experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role._
- _Advanced proficiency in HRMS/Workday software and reporting tools._
- _Five Days working from Office_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Certification in HR management or HR operations._
- _Experience in process improvement and automation._
- _Preference of an understanding of Workday module and Ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Zendesk)_
