- Responsibilities_
- _Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all case-related activities in accordance with internal policies and legal standards._

**_ _**
- _Draft clear, concise, and factual case summaries to support HR decision-making and legal review if necessary._
- _Assist in conducting internal investigations related to employee conduct or workplace concerns._
- _Address queries resolve issues in a timely manner._
- _Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations or a related field._
- _1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role._
- _Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel._
- _Five Days working from Office_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Preference of an understanding of Workday module and Ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Zendesk)._
- _Familiarity with HRIS platforms and US statutory requirements._
- _Certification in HR management is a plus._
