- Responsibilities._
- 1. Data Handling and Validation:_
- o Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness._
- o Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies._
- o Manage changes to employee records across the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, personal detail updates, long term leave & absence management, performance admin._
- o Track and resolve data discrepancies or errors by coordinating with HR, payroll, and IT teams._
- 2. Employee Data Management & Governance:_
- o Oversee and/or execute end-to-end employee master data administration (hires, changes, transfers, terminations, etc.) in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, etc.)._
- o Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy through validation and regular audit checks._
- o Act as a control point for high-risk or sensitive HR transactions and escalations._
- o Review bulk uploads and mass changes to employee data for compliance and accuracy._
- 3. Process Ownership & SLA Management_
- o Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and standard operating procedures across the data administration lifecycle._
- o Support or lead operational planning for high-volume changes such as org-wide promotions, year-end reviews, or system migrations._
- o Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal data governance policies._
- o Maintain documentation for audit readiness and reporting purposes._
- 4. Stakeholder Engagement:_
- o Collaborate with HRBPs, payroll, onboarding, IT, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data._
- o Act as a liaison between operational teams and global HR teams for issue resolution and data integrity assurance._

- 5. Process Optimization:_
- o Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in workforce data administration._
- o Drive initiatives to reduce manual errors and improve first-time-right performance._
- o Handle escalations or exceptions related to data transactions and coordinate corrective actions._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field._
- _3-5 years of experience in data management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role._
- _Proficiency in data tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)._
- _HCM tool experience - Workday is mandatory._
- _Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc is preferrable._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Certifications in project management or data analytics._
- _Proven ability to manage operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders._
- _Familiarity with workforce analytics and audit-readiness practices._
- _Strong leadership and interpersonal skills._
- _Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving._
- _Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines._
