We are currently seeking a Cloud Administrator - T2 to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
- Possess proficient knowledge and hands-on experience in Cloud administration, encompassing maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate good familiarity with OS patching and proficiency in resolving server-related issues.
- Capable of participating in On-Call rotations and providing L2 level support during scheduled shifts.
- Skilled in updating Knowledge Base (KB) articles, Problem Management documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Runbooks.
- Showcase a comprehensive understanding and troubleshooting expertise in AWS cloud computing, including EC2, networking, AWS Databases (RDS), and backup and storage principles.
- Exhibit competence in AWS Storage services such as EBS, EFS, S3, and Glacier, including disk management, expansion, backup, and restoration tasks.
- Demonstrate a good grasp of networking concepts for constructing VPCs, Subnets, Landing Zones, ACLs, Security Groups, and implementing cloud security best practices.
- Display familiarity with a variety of AWS services, including Lambda, SNS, SQS, Dynamo DB, OpenSearch Cluster, Transfer Family, CloudWatch Dashboard, EFS, EKS Clusters, Step Functions, ELB, ACM Certs, Directory Services, and Networking.
- Possess a basic understanding of emerging technologies like cloud security and container orchestration (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, or Docker Swarm).
- Familiarity with the process of submitting cases/tickets with AWS support.
- Demonstrate dedication to delivering exceptional customer service promptly.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- ** Basic Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of overall experience
- 3+ years of AWS experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model.
- ** Preferred Certifications**:

- AWS Cloud Certified Associate
- AWS Cloud Certified Professional
- ** Work Timings**:

- Should be willing to work in a rotational shift with a 24x7 support window.
