**Job Title**: Computer Operator-cum-MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Technical Operations:

- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and databases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

2. Data Management:

- Perform data entry, typing, and graphics work as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.

3. Sales and Lead Generation:

- Handle cold calling, lead generation, and lead handling.
- Drive sales efforts to meet targets.

4. Customer Interaction:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide excellent customer service.

5. Digital Marketing:

- Manage social media pages, create engaging content, and monitor analytics.
- Create and publish blog posts on various topics.

6. Administrative Support:

- Assist in administrative tasks and provide general support to the team.

**Requirements**:
1. Graduation in Computer Science or a related field.

2. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Database management skills
- Basic graphics design skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills

3. Sales and Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales

4. Digital Marketing Skills:

- Social media management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Blog posting and content creation

5. Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
