This role requires a meticulous and organized individual to accurately input and manage data across various platforms. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity and confidentiality while supporting the overall efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input and Management: Accurately enter data from various source documents into computer systems and databases, including specialized software like Tally.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilise MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, for data manipulation, report generation, and communication.
  • System Operation: Operate and maintain basic computer knowledge and hardware (e.g., printers, scanners) necessary for data processing tasks.
  • Internet Research and Communication: Effectively use the Internet for basic research, data verification, and secure transmission of information via email or web portals.
  • Data Integrity: Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies and performing regular backups.
  • Record Keeping: Organise and file documents (both digital and physical) after data entry to maintain clear and accessible records.
  • Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to company policies regarding data privacy and security.

Requirements

  • Software Skills: Proven proficiency in using Tally (knowledge of specific modules like invoicing, accounting, etc., is a plus).
  • Technical Literacy: Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrable basic computer knowledge and typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Internet Use: Ability to effectively and securely navigate and utilize the Internet for work-related tasks.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on detail and commitment to producing error-free work.
  • Work Ethic: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (further education/certification is a benefit).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or accounting-support role.
  • Familiarity with database management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
