Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining data in the company database and systems. They must ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of tasks while supporting daily office operations through basic computer tasks and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data from source documents into company systems or spreadsheets.
  • Verify, correct, and update existing data records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
  • Generate and manage reports, attendance sheets, and internal records.
  • Perform routine computer operations such as file management, printing, and document formatting.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect, compile, and process required information.
  • Handle emails, official communications, and data backup procedures.
  • Support team with Excel-based data reports and Google Sheets maintenance.
  • Assist in uploading or managing online databases, learning management systems (if any).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good typing speed (30–40 WPM minimum) with accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of email and file management systems.
  • Knowledge of English and Hindi (preferred for bilingual data entry).

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with ERP or CRM software.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design or document editing tools (Canva, PDF tools etc.).
  • Experience in educational or ed-tech operations will be an added advantage.

Salary Range:

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).

Work Schedule:

Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

(Sunday Off / As per company policy)
