Key Responsibilities

· Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.

· Organise and categorize information for easy retrieval and reporting.

· Assist in creating and formatting documents using MS Word.

· Support the team in bulk emailing campaigns (training will be provided).

· Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy.

· Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

· Basic proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, formatting) and MS Word.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Good organisational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and follow instructions..

· No prior professional experience required; students/recent graduates welcome
