**Job Title**: Corporate Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientations for employees and/or students.
- Assess training needs and customize programs to meet individual and team goals.
- Design and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and other learning content.
- Facilitate interactive, engaging learning experiences in-person or virtually.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare detailed reports on training outcomes.
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to align training with organizational strategies.
- Mentor and motivate learners to support their professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, HR, Psychology preferred).
- Certification in Training, L&D, or similar fields is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training or teaching roles.
- Experience in both offline and online training delivery is preferred.
