• Perform audits, gap analysis, SOP reviews, and training content customization.

• Ensure KPI achievement: Knowledge Index, Enquiry Conversion, Retail Performance, etc.

• Submit training effectiveness reports and monthly performance reviews.

• Support in dealer manpower recruitment and training program logistics.
