Roles & Responsibilities • Deliver training across Sales, Service, Used Car, Guest Relations, and Value Chain. • Conduct hybrid training sessions (online and offline). • Perform audits, gap analysis, SOP reviews, and training content customization. • Ensure KPI achievement: Knowledge Index, Enquiry Conversion, Retail Performance, etc. • Submit training effectiveness reports and monthly performance reviews. • Support in dealer manpower recruitment and training program logistics.
