**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic **Retail Sales Trainer** to join our team. This role will focus on providing training and development to our retail staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. The Retail Sales Trainer will play a key role in onboarding new hires, conducting ongoing training programs, and continuously enhancing the sales capabilities of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Lead and facilitate training sessions for retail employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies.
- **Onboarding & Orientation**: Conduct onboarding training for new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- **Sales Coaching**: Monitor retail staff performance, identify training needs, and provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ensure staff are thoroughly trained on product offerings, features, benefits, and promotional activities to enhance their ability to sell effectively.
- **Sales Techniques**: Teach and reinforce sales strategies that encourage upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Customer Service Standards**: Promote customer service excellence by training staff on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing difficult situations.
- **Performance Metrics**: Track and report on training effectiveness, including staff performance, sales numbers, and customer feedback.
- **Team Development**: Create and implement continuous development programs, workshops, and role-playing activities to enhance team skills.
- **Product Launch Training**: Lead training sessions for new product launches, ensuring staff are prepared to educate customers and increase sales.
- **Collaboration with Management**: Work closely with the retail management team to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training programs to address them.
- **Documentation & Reports**: Maintain training materials, track attendance, and document feedback from training sessions for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Retail Sales Trainer** or in a similar role, with at least 5 years in retail sales.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service principles, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training content (both in-person and virtual).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail systems, sales reporting tools, and training software is a plus.
- Experience in creating training materials, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 per hour
