**Experience**: 5+ years in Retail Pharmacy Practice
**Eligibility**:
- **Education**: D.Pharm or B.Pharm
- **Experience**: 5+ years in Retail Pharmacy Practice
- **Training Experience**: Desirable but not mandatory
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Training Focus**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for pharmacists, emphasizing sales techniques such as cross-selling, upselling, and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with in-charges, cluster managers, and sales heads to align training initiatives with sales goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs, adjusting as necessary to meet company objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports on market activities, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in sales practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including knowledge of generic and branded drugs, to inform training content.
- Motivate and inspire pharmacy staff to enhance their sales performance and customer service skills.
- Lead the procurement process to ensure that sales training materials and resources are effectively utilized.
- Create engaging training modules and presentation decks tailored to different learning styles.
- Schedule and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and sales development campaigns.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to pharmacy staff to reinforce sales techniques and strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven experience in outbound and inbound sales (preferably direct sales).
- Familiarity with the local territory and ability to communicate effectively in the local language.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent articulation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales success.
- Proficient in digital tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Solid pharmacology knowledge with a proven track record of contributing to pharmacy sales.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel (70% travel in ROTN).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
