**Trainer Job Summary**

We are looking for an organized and experienced Sales trainer to join our team with relevant experience and passion to grow and explore.

As a Sales trainer in Sulekha, You will be:

- Responsible for delivering new hire training programme which will help our new hires feel more valued, better understand their role, and increase their productivity and performance
- Conducting skills gap analyses through Audits, Call observations & Assessments
- Preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session
- Conduct interventions or coaching session basis TNA
- Conduct Product & revival training sessions for new and current sales personnel
- For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity

Languages Preffered:
English,Hindi,Tamil

**Trainer Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- Certification from talent and training associations a plus
- Min Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
