The Sales Trainer ensures that every team member is well-equipped to represent the brand professionally in retail outlets and market environments. Manage the Product & Course Trainings for Salespersons (20 - 45 Persons) Per Batch Manage 50 Sales Promoters Specific Roles & Responsibilities 1. Learning Product Knowledge (RETAIL INDUSTRY) 2. Camp/Training/Big Meeting Planning 3. Hosting Big Meetings (Product, Motivation & Reward Ceremony) 4. Organizing Big Meetings (Product, Motivation & Reward Ceremony) 5. Low Performance Identification (Specially Focus Models) 6.
