Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Chennai. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, developing training materials, and conducting training sessions for sales teams. They will assess the effectiveness of training programs, provide ongoing support to sales personnel, and ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with the company's sales goals. Additional responsibilities include coaching and mentoring sales staff, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of sales techniques and industry trends.

  • Expertise in Presentation Skills and Sales Trainings
  • Experience in Training & Development and Communication
  • Fluency in English and regional/local language(s).
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching and c

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales and training roles
  • Ability to assess training needs and deliver customized programs
  • Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales shall be a plus
