**What are we looking for?**

**What will you do?**
- **Deal Registration Management**: Oversee the deal registration process, ensuring that all partner-submitted opportunities meet SentinelOne's criteria. Validate and approve deal registrations, and manage the lifecycle of registered deals and support Lenovo and their partners through the Deal Registration process.
- **Training and Enablement**: Provide training and support to Lenovo's Level 1 support team to ensure they are well-equipped to handle SentinelOne's solutions. Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- **Operationalization**: Support the SentinelOne to Lenovo quote and order process on a day-to-day basis. Validate and refine the provisioning flow.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of support initiatives between Lenovo and SentinelOne

**What skills and knowledge should you bring?**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in deal registration, partner operations, channel support, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale partnerships and managing deal processes.

**Technical Experience: Knowledge of Salesforce and other deal registration systems.**
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, including product management, sales, and engineering teams.
- **Customer Focus**: Demonstrated ability to engage with large customer bases, understand their needs, and provide tailored responses that drive customer adoption and business growth.
