1 People Owner Markets 2 Function GLOBAL ALLIANCES 3 Workforce Classification Sales and Sales Support 4 Workforce Sub Group GLOBAL ALLIANCES 5 Approver the actual approver Ajinkya Nimbalkar 6 Date of approval 08 24 2021 7 Other detail s Role Alliance Manager Role Description This role does not start with individual partner responsibility but allows the individual to learn all the areas of Alliance Management starting with operations Alliance operations are divided into 2 a reas a Internal Operations like maintaining pipeline tracking deals allocating deal values on large deals tracking rebates commissions and other fees paid by partners b Partner Operations like maintaining Partner portal up to date with lates t information Deal registrations Understanding of key partner programs to take advantage of special offers from Partner etc As the person gains experience and better understanding the role will evolve to manage certain partnerships Key Roles and Responsibilities Support the Alliances organization Research key partners Support planning for key events Support Alliance leaders in planning key partner meetings events and partner management activities Alliance operations inclu ding Pipeline reporting deal registrations and gaining expertise on Partner portals Working with Practice teams to meet training certification requirements Skills required Knowledge of technology landscape and understand of cloud servic es digital transformation services Automation AI etc Ability to take interest in a build expertise in certain areas of alliance operations and partner operations Sales Mindset Detail Oriented Ability to deal with internal stakeholders.
