
Registration Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a dedicated SPOC for assigned customers during the post-sales phase until successful registration.
- Coordinate with legal and registration vendors for:
- E-stamp paper procurement
- Drafting and vetting of Sale Deed
- Execution of Agreement to Sell (ATS)
- Scheduling and facilitation of registration at the sub-registrar office
- Ensure timely and error-free documentation and registration processes.
- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal stakeholders on registration status.
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, and CRM teams to ensure alignment and smooth transition.
- Manage customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain all records, checklists, and reports related to registration activities.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and local property laws.
- Conduct pre-registration briefings for customers to clarify process, documents required, and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Registration Services or similar customer-facing operational roles.
- Strong understanding of property documentation, E-stamping, and Sale Deed processes.
- Experience dealing with sub-registrar offices and legal vendors is preferred.
- Excellent customer handling skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and local language (as per location).
- Graduate in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
