**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized **Personal Assistant** to support the Managing Director (MD)/CEO by managing their schedule, appointments, and communication. This role is critical in ensuring the executive’s time is efficiently organized and that all calls and meetings are handled professionally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the boss’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls on behalf of the boss, screening and directing calls as appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to organize meetings and ensure punctual follow-ups.
- Prepare daily schedules, agendas, and briefings to keep the boss informed and prepared.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Remind the boss of important tasks, deadlines, and personal commitments.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and a polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
**Work Environment**:
- Office-based with occasional flexibility, depending on the boss’s schedule.
- May involve working outside standard hours based on executive requirements.
**Summary**:
The Personal Assistant ensures the smooth management of the boss’s professional life by efficiently handling appointments, calls, and daily schedules. This role requires high attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills to support executive productivity.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
