**Job Summary**:
Customer Success Associate will have to primarily handle inbound calls and outbound calls must be made whenever required. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to details, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle Inbound calls of customers and resolve customer queries on the call. Handle Outbound calls to customers to clear the pending queries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and keep up-to-date with new features or updates. Be able to effectively communicate product information to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate them to the relevant teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and monthly learning sessions
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and relay it to the team leads.
- Adhere to the team's process and procedures.
- Handle any other job assigned by the team leader.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresher / Min 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial sector call center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are a must; proficiency in additional Regional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities..
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- The ability to empathize with customers' concerns and frustrations and the patience to handle challenging situations with a calm and customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
