Currently, Modi Builders has residential projects worth about INR 4000 Crore and is negotiating several new projects. The firm plans to develop approximately 20 million square feet of construction with a total value of INR 5000 Crore in the upcoming months.

**Role of Site Admin /CC Facilities Managers.**
- Maintain on daily basis the Labour attendance, Site staff attendance, Keep note of equipment needed for construction. Taking construction approvals.
- Manage the Electricity, water department borewells / DG machines issues
- Ensure Labour huts and labour living arrangements - welfare are proper
- Ensure the Site premises is clean and neat, Debris is removed on daily basis
- Ensure the maintenance and any other payments if any from the Customer are properly recovered.
- Ensure all Facilities on site like - Security, Cleaning, Lifts AMCs, Lift Maintenance
- Electricity bills, Water bills, Generator maintenance, Water Management
- Keep track of the costs per month vs. collections
- Ensure all the matters related Flats maintenance and procedure of Flat Handovers are done perfectly.

**Eligibilty**:

- Graduate with Execellent Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Must belong to Hyderabad and willing to join with in 15days or immediately.
- 10+ Years of experience in Construction Field as Admin or CC Facilities Managers
- Willing to travel as and when required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
